Using Doo Talk — Register Tasks and Chat with Your Team

Register a task, and a conversation channel appears. Teammates join it. AI joins it too. Doo Talk is where work and discussion live in the same place.

This guide walks through creating a Doo, chatting in Doo Talk, and inviting teammates.

Creating a Doo

From Doo Home, hit + New Doo and type a name.

"Write weekly report," "Prep client meeting" — it doesn't have to be a big project. Small tasks count.

Each Doo can have start and due dates, an assignee, and a status (in progress, done). They show up as cards in Doo Home, so you see what's happening at a glance.

Doo Talk — conversation attached to work

Click a Doo, and Doo Talk opens. It's a messaging channel dedicated to that piece of work.

Send messages, attach files. Everything said here stays tied to that task. No more scrolling through a general chat wondering "where did we discuss that?" — open the Doo Talk, and it's all there.

Inviting teammates

From the Doo detail screen, press Add Member and invite by name or email. Once they accept, they're in the same Doo Talk channel.

Instead of work discussions drifting into KakaoTalk or Slack threads that lose context — Doo Talk shows the task status and conversation side by side.

Project collaboration — sharing a folder

When chat isn't enough and you need to work on the same files, use project collaboration.

From Doo Home, select a project and send a Collaboration Request. When the other person accepts:

• The project's Doo Folder syncs between both sides
• Both can open Doo Desk and work on the same files
• File-related discussion continues in Doo Talk

No more emailing files back and forth. The server relays the sync, so you don't even need to be online at the same time.

AI works in Doo Talk too

You can call the AI Butler right from the Doo Talk chat. The Butler already knows the Doo's context — no need to re-explain.

AI sits inside the work context. The "let me explain from the beginning" step disappears.
